The main section will change, you should see Audio in, Audio Out and Ringing. Change these to the following

Audio In - BT Audio (Name varies depending on dongle)
Audio Out - Audio In - BT Audio (Name varies depending on dongle)
Ringing - windows default device

Now press Save. This should now mean that if a person rings your skype account you will hear the ringing on the computers speakers and can hear and talk to them via the bluetooth headset.
Step 12)
Now that it is all setup we need to ensure it works, luckily for us Skype setup a test server and heres how we go about it! At the bottom of the main window in skype you should see a white input box that you can type into, type in echo123 and then press the green button below. This will ring the test account, simply follow the instructions and if you hear your own voice when she plays it back to you then everything is all clear!
