Purchasing from us
To purchase from us you must be over 18
years of age. Currently, we can only ship
to limited countries (please check countries
on checkout of web site). By submitting
your order you are offering to buy the goods
at prices and terms as stated, and allowing
us to use your personal details for the
purposes of supplying goods (including passing
your details onto couriers and other subcontractors).
We will not use your details for other purposes
without asking your consent and you may
ask that your details are removed from our
system by writing to the address above.
We are not obliged to supply the goods to
you until we have confirmed acceptance of
your order - Your order is deemed accepted
when you receive a confirmation for despatch
of goods, this is when the contract is made.
You do not own the goods until we receive
payment in full. If you discover you have
made a mistake with your order please contact
Customer Care immediately. Please do this
before we confirm your order. If you order
software from us you will also be bound
by the terms of the software licence supplied
with the software.

Bigpockets endeavour to supply goods as per images shown, however manufactures do vary design and packaging and we reserve the right to supply identical items with alternative packaging without prior notice to the customer. Dye codes listed may differ from actual products received. Items will be new and will have the Original Manufacturers full warranty.
Items will be in as new condition, but may have been returned to the Original Manufacturer as a failed or incorrect delivery. These items would then be fully tested and reboxed if needed by the Manufacturer and sold "As New" with the Original Manufacturers full warranty or covered by Bigpockets warranty which will be stated in the product description.
Items will be used but will have been professionally refurbished to the Manufacturers standard. They will be warranted for typically between 3-6 Months.
Prices and Payment
Items will be used, but will have been thoroughly cleaned and tested by ourselves. They may have minor cosmetic scuffs or marks but will be in full working order, Used Items typically carry a 30
or 90 Day Return to Base Warranty from ourselves.
All goods are priced inclusive of VAT at
the Applicable Rate, unless otherwise stated. For out
of stock items, delivery dates given are
only estimates. Prices are shown in UK pounds
sterling and will be billed in UK pounds
sterling. If your credit card company operate
in a different currency, your credit card
company will convert payment from UK pounds
sterling to your local currency at their
current conversion rate.
All prices and offers are subject to change,
and availability. Prices are checked regularly,
however, Whilst every effort is made to
eliminate errors in pricing, sometime errors

higher than actual selling price - we will
make adjustments and charge the correct

By law you have the right to cancel any
order within 7 working days of the day after
the item is delivered to you. the right
to cancel does not include certain goods
or services i.e audio or video recordings
or computer software if they are unsealed

Bigpockets.co.uk will endeavour to dispatch same day any order placed before 3pm by Royal Mail or courier delivery service dependant on the service chosen and purchased. Delivery options information will be shown upon checkout where selections can be made.
We aim to deliver goods to you within the time scale indicated but we cannot give an exact delivery time or date. We also may deliver the goods in several consignments, but will not charge any extra delivery for this.

If our couriers attempt to deliver your goods and no recipient was available to take delivery they will take your goods back to the local depot and hold your package for a duration of time depending on the delivery service used. If the package has not been successfully delivered or collected from the depot within the time scale given the order will be returned back to us and classed as a failed delivery. If your order has been classed as a failed delivery we can either re-send your order (at your cost) or a refund will be issued for the order less any costs incurred by us if there was genuine failure on your part to make arrangements for goods to be obtained or received.
We use established delivery services such as Royal Mail, Parcel Force, Hermes, Yodel, DPD, DHL and UK Mail among others depending on the service required. Damaged or defective goods
You should inspect your goods immediately
upon delivery for defects, damages or shortage.
Please note images used on our web site
are for illustration purposes only and may
differ from actual products received. If
you find any defects or damages you must
inform us by write to us as soon as possible
and we will arrange the return of your goods,
either to us, or the manufacturer. Warranty
on all items, are RTB (Return to Base) excluding
items damaged in transit, (these will be
replaced at no cost to you). If the goods
are found to be damaged or defective prior
to delivery to you, we will repair or replace
the goods or refund the price paid by you.
All hardware must be in their original condition,
at date of receipt. Any modifications may
invalidate warranties for the hardware.
Flashed or modified hardware using authorised
or unauthorised firmware is done at your
own risk, and we cannot be held responsible
for your actions in doing so. You will be
required to send faulty flashed or modified
hardware direct to manufacturer for repair

Your statutory rights as a consumer is not affected by this

or if the goods are used wholly or in part
for business purposes we shall not be liable
to you for any business loss including loss

All Returns must have an issued RMA number,
accompanied by Returns RMA form (with all
requested information clearly visible).
Warranty on all items are RTB (Return to
base), item(s) must be returned at your cost
unless item/s are sent to you
in error (this is non-refundable). All second
user hardware items are covered by a 30
day RTB warranty (unless stated otherwise).
All items suspected to be damaged or faulty
must be returned and tested, if no fault
can be found or suspected fault replicated,
then the item/s will be returned to you
at your own cost (a handling charge of
£25.00 may be incurred for testing
hardware items with no faults found) or a refund
for the item will be issued and the item
restocked (Please note a 15% handling fee
will be applied). We will only send replacement
goods upon receipt of returned items. Please
